The top of my head

Nothing too wild and fantastic to say at the moment.

Wednesday, handstand pushup day, completed my 2 minute wall headstand without difficulty.

You've probably noticed by now that my whole routine is body weight exercises. I have a very specific reason for that, which I'll get into later. I'll also be going into more detail about each exercise, possibly with video. For now though, it's been a long day, and I'm off to bed. Yes, I know it's still early...adequate sleep is a major health benefit!
