Workout: kung-fu and squats

Friday night, NINRU kung-fu class. Membership is getting a little light, but we keep on keeping on. Two hours of running, many pushups, superman bananas, rowing, drop and drag, pegs, a brutal frog around half the gym, an odd game called alligator, some bag work, and a little bit of staff practice. After all that it was home for 3 sets of 40 shoulder stand squats. Legs are going to be a little stiff tomorrow.
