Workout: kung-fu and squats

I hab a cold. I'm all stubbed up and cant breathe.
Luckily I'm not speaking like that though. Small cold, but moderately stuffed up. Since we can only breathe through our nose in kung-fu class, and I don't want to spread this to anybody else, I skipped class. Nothing like running around a gym with snot running down your face.
I did stick to the squats, 3 sets of 40 shoulder stand squats. At least I could blow my nose between sets.
Still trying to get some pictures and videos out to guys. I'm really hoping this weekend, assuming I can breathe well enough to shoot some instructional video.
