Workout: pullups, videos, and attack of the cupboard

Monday workout, pullups. 3 sets of 40 vertical pulls. Been doing nothing for two weeks, but this should be the last week on this level of pullups.

Some good news and some bad news. Good news is, I got some videos created for you. I also managed to get a current shot of myself for the site, although I still need to add the first one. Bad news is, the videos are grainy, and too dark, and I need to reshoot them. I may try to lighten them up a bit with some basic post production, or I may just post them anyway to hold you over for now, to at least have something up and running. Seems like everything is falling apart around here...not just the site.

Which brings me to my last note, my wife was attacked by a cupboard tonight. It jumped off the wall at her when she tried to get a cup out of it. Luckily it was only a single door cupboard, and we're really glad it wasn't one of the kids it jumped on, but she's still in pain and hopefully just bruised. Note to everybody out there: SECURE YOUR CUPBOARD TO THE WALL STUDS! NOT JUST TO THE DRYWALL!
