Breakfast of champions

6 large eggs
small bunch of kale
handful of dehydrated mushrooms (no fresh on hand)
half a yellow bell pepper
3 cloves of fresh garlic
1 - 2 cups lean ground beef

Baked for 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 6 largish egg muffins. Delicious, and nutritious.
