It's harder than it looks, Workout: handstand pushups

Next level of handstand pushups, the crow stand. Aiming for 1 minute sustained crow stand, it's a lot harder than it looks. Hard to get my balance to even get started there.

Crow stand: 3 sets of 3 secs, 3 secs, 10 seconds
Wall headstand: 2 minutes
