Sickness make exercise difficult

I've been sick, for roughly a week. Not a "I picked something up" sick, a food intolerance sick. I'll go into that more later when I have a chance. It does make working out difficult when all the energy is sapped from your body and you can hardly move due to aches and pains, all due to "food".

Still aching a bit, but back at it today, starting back in with the pullups.

1 set of 40 vertical pulls
3 sets of 11 horizontal pulls
3 sets of 40 vertical pulls

Hopefully getting back at the exercise works out some of the pain and stiffness I'm experiencing due to the food issue.
