Squats and Trifecta

No kung-fu for me tonight due to craptastic last couple of days. Really sick yesterday. Back at it this evening. Apparently only two participants showed up to kung-fu class tonight, so I don't think class happened. It's getting kind of sad, although I know I'm a contributor to the lack of attendees.

Jackknife squats: 3 sets of 40, ready for the next progression level.

New exercise added to the roster tonight, a tricfecta of stretch holds
Short bridge hold: 20 seconds
Bent leg hold: 20 seconds
Straight leg twist hold: 20 seconds per side
