Weekend catch-up workout

Always seems to be time constraints. Other things need to be done before working out. So I get to play catch-up.
Knee tucks: 3 sets of 40
Jackknife squats: 3 sets of 40
Incline pushups: 3 sets of 25
Wall pushups: 3 sets of 25

Feeling it in my arms, and calves this morning.
