Quick pullup workout

Monday is pullup day, and I really wasn't feeling it by the time I got the kids to bed to go full tilt on the horizontal pulls. To at least keep myself going I opted instead for a GTG (Grease The Groove) type workout. Every time I passed the pullup bar, five full chest to the bar pullups. Unfortunately I only passed the bar twice for two sets of five in total. Oh well, better than nothing. I managed to get in one set of five this morning as well.
