Rocking the reps!

Productive evening yesterday for working out. I really didn't feel like it, but I pushed on and got the ball rolling. Sometimes all it takes is starting to get you really moving again.

Vertical pulls: 1 set of 20
Horizontal pulls: 3 sets of 15, 10, and 6
Short bridge: 3 sets of 22
Wall headstand: 122 seconds
Crow stand: 82 seconds

Looks like I've hit the progression standard for the crow stands. Next level, wall handstands.
