Rubber arms

Kung fu last night. Lots of pushups, and dips, and situps, and more pushups, and running, and forms practice.
Here's a rough run down of the workout:

4 sets of situps, 20, 20, 10, and 10 reps
5 sets of pushups, 25, 25, 20, 15, and 10 reps
3 sets of bench dips, 20, 15, and 10 reps
white form 3 times
yellow form 3 times
orange form 2 times
