Progressions and Goals

Worked the leg raise and hand stand pushups last night. Made the leg lift progression standard for knee tucks, 3 sets of 40, which means on to flat knee raises next week. Also retested my crow stand time, made it past the progression mark of 60 secs with a hold time of 75 seconds. Then started on wall handstands with a starter time of 59 seconds. I'm working up to a two minute hold on the wall handstand.

I've updated The Goals section of the site to mark my current standing on each exercise, as well as add in the extra step in the pullup series.

On a side note, I've now got my wife working along side me on some of these exercises. She came in with a solid 3 sets of 10 knee tucks last night. Yay, work out partner!
